Prepared emergency structural shoring design for 5-story 1930’s reinforced concrete office building in downtown Oakland, CA.  Shoring allowed for demolition and reconstruction of (4) damaged columns at the first floor level.

Waco Scaffolding & Equipment
Designed multi phase shoring system to allow for new footing construction and moment frame installation for 100-year old brick office building in Pasadena, as well as needle beam and roof support systems for over 30 projects in Southern California.

Developed shoring design for occupied Salt Lake City grocery store during expansion project, to allow for column undermining and reconstruction.

West Coast Bridge, Inc.
Prepared bridge jacking, and bracing designs for various concrete arch bridges in Monterey County, CA, to temporarily raise structures off of supports and laterally brace during bearing pad reconstruction.

Serrano & Cone, Inc.
Designed Caltrans’ bridge jacking and lateral bracing design for various structural steel and concrete bridges throughout Northern California.

Ahmadi Construction
Prepared a Caltrans’ bridge jacking design for the Los Angeles River Bridge using a low profile hydraulic jacking system.
